Loved jays house! It was exactly as described and perfect for our group of 8. We were all comfortable. The bonus house in the back was super helpful when we had to add two to our party the day before arrival. Jay was very responsive Would stay again! Thanks jay!

The condo is so comfortable, lovely and well maintained. The top deck is relaxing with a great view. The neighborhood has everything you need, a walkable coffee shop and good restaurants. For booklovers, there is a great one nearby. It is a very close drive to the Paseo Arts District which also has numerous good restaurants. Cody and Andrea were very communicative and welcoming. We couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations and the hosts.
