Please be aware of the following potential fees: - There is an additional fee PER PET. - We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee. - Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. - Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30. - There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property. - Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested. - Airbnb automatically calculates the price based on the number of guests and pets that you select. The location couldn't be better in terms of walkability in OKC. There's a variety of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, and boutiques steps from the front door. There's also a trolley pickup location one block southeast that can take you anywhere Downtown. The trolleys are brand new to OKC. They’re clean and such a fun way to hop around Downtown! One block to the north is Historic Heritage Hills, a picturesque neighborhood that’s great for a stroll or scooter ride if you want to take in some of OKC’s most beautiful historic homes.

Great place from which to explore Midtown. Easy to and from. Parking was never a problem. Bricktown was just a few minutes away. The condo was clean and inviting. Would stay here again.

My family stayed here, in the city for a zoo birthday, my 6 yr old son loved the games and we had a good stay! I stayed in the master alone, and the metal bed frame was a little squeaky, would stay again though, loved the shower. Every other detail was great and location was safe for us and close to everything. Good place, good host.

Find us

There is almost always a free place to park on the street directly in front of the building. The walkability of the condo is absolutely excellent. There are plenty of bikes or scooters to rent nearby. There’s also a pickup site for the trolley a block away from the condo which can take you anywhere in Downtown OKC.
