Please be aware of the following potential fees: - There is an additional fee PER PET. - We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee. - Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. - Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30. - There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property. - Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested.

Neighborhood

The location couldn't be better in terms of walkability in OKC. There's a variety of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, and boutiques steps from the front door. There's also a trolley pickup location one block southeast that can take you anywhere Downtown. The trolleys are brand new to OKC. They’re clean and such a fun way to hop around Downtown! One block to the north is Historic Heritage Hills, a picturesque neighborhood that’s great for a stroll or scooter ride if you want to take in some of OKC’s most beautiful historic homes.

Find us

There is almost always a free place to park on the street directly in front of the building. The walkability of the condo is absolutely excellent. There are plenty of bikes or scooters to rent nearby. There’s also a pickup site for the trolley a block away from the condo which can take you anywhere in Downtown OKC.
