You get 2 properties in 1 listing! The main family home sleeps up to 8 and the additional back guest house sleeps an additional 3 people. It is the perfect place for a large family or multiple groups to stay in the same location! The property is located in a safe quite neighborhood in the Greens gold course community. The property comes with a pool table, outdoor patio furniture/ grill, home gym, and outdoor play areas for the kids. It is close to lake hefner and 2 major highways (74 & I-44).

Main house is 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath. Back house is a loft with a queen bed and additional bathroom.

Other Details to Note

We will do everything in our power to make sure that the hot tub is ready for your stay, however, we cannot control if a previous guest did not follow our precise instructions. The hot tub heats very slowly and on rare occasions the previous guest will power it off or drop the temperature too low, leaving little time for it to heat back up fully for the next guest. Please be aware of the following potential fees: - There is an additional fee PER PET. - We offer a 1-hour early and late checkout for an additional $20 fee. - Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. - Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30. - There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. 3 notifications over 80 decibels will result in a $50 fee and we may ask your group to leave the property. - Date change requests are subject to a $30 fee along with the potential rate increase due to supply and demand for the date requested. - We require guests to shower before entering the hot tub. We charge a $50 fee if the hot tub is left in poor condition.

House rules

The house rules are below and failure to abide could result in you being asked to leave without a refund and/or withholding of your security deposit: - No parties. Additional guests beyond what is on your reservation is not allowed unless the host approves in advance. - We have a "minut" noise/ smoke monitor inside the property. It only monitors decibels and will not record conversations. - There are 2 parking spots available for your use. You may park in the circle drive. Please do not park in the street. - Our house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that you keep quiet hours from 10 pm until 8 am. If you are looking for a place to party, this rental is not for you! - No smoking indoors. Please smoke in the backyard and discard cigarette butts. Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. - We love hosting your furry friends, but it can create a lot of wear and tear on our place. Should you choose to bring pets, we appreciate you keeping them off all furniture and crated when not under direct supervision. There is also an additional fee for pets. There is a fully fenced-in yard for your dogs. No aggressive dogs are allowed. Please be aware that the back house tenants may also have a dog (although there is a metal fence that separates the 2 backyard areas). Please don't leave dogs unattended in the backyard and clean up after them. - Use coasters on wood surfaces. - A $150 hot tub cleaning fee will be applied if grass/ trash/ oils are left in the hot tub. Please shower before getting in and use 1 oz of oxidizer after each use. Please do not leave children unattended in the backyard or in the hot tub. Also, please keep the hot tub cover on and the jets turned off when it is not being used. Also, do not operate if the water level is below the jets. Use at your own risk. -Checkout is 11am. There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. Please request a late checkout the night before, if needed. Before checking out, please wash all used dishes and place the trash can outside by the door. - Aside from expected use (such as dirty dishes, dirty linens, etc.) please leave the property the way you found it. -Read the listing details and be aware of the cancellation policy before check-in. We will not give refunds for details that are indicated in our listing. -We are not available past 10 pm to answer questions.
