Smoking indoors will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee. -Be mindful of neighbors and keep noise down late at night. -No additional guests unless requested by guest and permitted by host. -Inform host before check-in if you plan to bring your pet. There is an addition fee per pet. Please do not leave pets unattended. -Lost items can be returned for a fee of $30. -Please rinse and leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher. -Please leave trash outside the front door. -Aside from expected use (such as dirty dishes, dirty linens, etc.) please leave the property the way you found it. -Checkout is 11am. There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts past 11. Please request a late checkout the night before, if needed. -If temperatures are below 32 degrees outside, please drip the faucets. -Read the listing details and be aware of the cancellation policy before check-in.
